Each week you’ll be guided through the techniques of reformer and mat work pilates to strengthen, prepare and heal your body from the impacts of pregnancy and motherhood.

You’ll also be supported to embark on a transformative journey, uncovering the untold aspects of motherhood that no one prepares you for.

Delving into different topics weekly we explore the ways that becoming a mother and journeying through motherhood changes a woman, her relationships, her lifestyle and identity. Once you learn about motherhood and matrescence – you can’t go back. And you probably won’t want to. Understanding motherhood & matrescence will leave you more aware, more prepared, and more curious than before.

Cancellation policy: Because this is a small group, cancellations must be received by the 5th of January 2024 to be refunded. If you need to cancel after this time, you are welcome to assign your place in the program to someone else by the 5th of February.
